Our beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was constructed by Jones Homes who are based in Cheshire and have an excellent reputation for quality at home and abroad.

The apartment has a large lounge and open plan dinning area which opens up onto the sun terrace which overlooks the signature 17th hole at Boavista.

There is a new fully equipped kitchen with Bosch oven, hob, built in microwave, waste disposal, washer/dryer and a large fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has two twin beds, large built in wardrobes, an en-suite shower and toilet and also opens up through the patio doors to the sun terrace.

The second bedroom also has two twin beds, large built in wardrobes and accesses the private rear garden through the patio doors. The large bathroom next door has a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin.

The apartment also has the benefit of a garage underneath the apartment. The property is very well furnished and has just been fully redecorated. Fully automatic air conditioning keeps you cool in summer and winter guests can turn on heating for the evening if required from the remote handset. Hot water is available at all times.

There has been a recent addition of a flat screen television in the lounge which can access over 40 satellite channels including BBC, Sky1, Sky news, Sky sports, Sky movies etc etc. There is also a smaller TV in the master bedroom which can also access the satellite channels.

You can access the internet by wireless links in the apartment or in the clubhouse on-site.
