Availability

We are now taking bookings for spring, summer and winter 2011 and 2012. Please send an enquiry by clicking on 'contact us' at the top of the web page and we will endeavour to answer your request within 24 hours.

The apartment can be booked for a minimum of 4 days in the low season and for a maximum of 30 days. Most families stay on average 7 days but during the summer season 10 to 14 days is now popular with returning guests.

Rates are seasonal and are subject to availability;

  • Jan to March 2011 rates are £65
  • April to May 2011 rates are £95 per night.
  • June inclusive rates are £95 per night.
  • July and August 2011 rates are £125 per night.
  • September 2011 rates are £95 per night.
  • October to December 2010 rates are £95 per night.
  • Rates are negotiable for stays over 14 nights whatever the season

  • Above rates are for an occupancy of four
  • Minimum stay is four nights in the low season, seven nights during July & August
  • Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 10am
  • Full payment is due prior to travel
  • A booking deposit of 20% is required on booking
  • A refundable breakage deposit of 20% is required prior to travel
  • Rates subject to contract
